How to start the retinal
This is the one product in the kit that needs easing into. Skip this and you'll peel.
→ Weeks 1-2. Retinal twice a week, evenings only.
→ Weeks 3-4. Build to every other night.
→ Week 5+. Nightly, if your skin's happy. If it's not, stay where you are.
